Vedari — quote a plant schedule in minutes, not hours.
It interprets the schedule, consults stock lists across your growers, flags anything uncertain for you to decide, and drafts the RFQ emails for you to send.

Client schedule

Presenter cue · time & capacity
Benefit: Hours of manual schedule-reading become seconds — you respond first. If they're turning work away, the headline is capacity (more jobs, same people), not just hours saved.
Ask: Do you ever turn work away, or lose a job because the quote took too long?
2
Read & matchStage 1⚙ automatic

Vedari reads every line — even ‘lilly pilly 200mm’, shorthand, or a typo — and works out the exact plant and size. Then it checks each one against your growers' lists. This happens on its own the moment you hit Run.

3
Call-outsStage 1–2live

Anything it's not sure about, it flags for you to decide — it never guesses.

Press “Run the workflow” to see each line resolve.
Presenter cue · error-reduction & trust
Benefit: Fewer costly errors — stale prices, wrong sizes, missed minimums flagged before they reach a client. Nothing is guessed silently, which is what makes the priced lines trustworthy.
Ask: When something's not available, who picks the substitute — you, or does it go back to the client each time?
4
Draft RFQsStage 2live

Drafts the RFQ emails, grouped by grower, ready for you to check and send.

RFQ drafts appear here after a run.
Presenter cue · capacity & accountability
Benefit: More capacity without more people — the grunt of sourcing outreach is drafted for you, and you stay the sender and relationship-holder. Single-point accountability, kept.
Ask: Do you break minimum orders and combine across growers? And if something's wrong on delivery, the client comes to you, not the grower?
5
Across all the growers who replied, Vedari works out the cheapest delivered price — breaking minimum orders and consolidating freight, not just taking the lowest sticker. Exact optimisation, not AI. Vedari computes the freight-optimal plan; you book the freight.
Presenter cue · Stage 3 · landed cost & freight
Benefit: Cheapest landed cost, not lowest sticker — freight and minimums included. The real number that wins the job and protects margin.
Ask: Who handles getting it all to site — are you consolidating freight across growers into one delivery?
6
The priced lines become a single versioned, locked quote you issue to your client — traceable to the grower prices behind it, so you can defend it if queried. Vedari drafts it; you send it.
7
When exact stock isn't available, Vedari suggests alternatives from accumulated availability — always for you to accept or reject, never applied automatically. Optional, built only if earlier stages prove out.
Presenter cue · Stage 4 · substitution
Benefit: Substitution suggestions from accumulated availability — your judgment, surfaced faster. Always for you to accept or reject, never automatic.
Ask: How often does exact stock fall short, and how much time goes into finding the right alternative?
Note: The live steps (1–4) run a real engine on this page; the later steps are labelled “coming,” shown so you can see where they fit — never faked. Growers, stock and prices here are an illustrative fixture, not live data. RFQ drafts target growers on your roster (the lists you've onboarded) — never a market-wide grower search. Vedari drafts every RFQ for you to send; it does not contact growers itself. “Nothing guessed silently” is by design; proving the priced lines are right is the real Stage 1 gate.

My Growers

Your supply foundation — the growers you source from and each one's stock lists. The same normaliser runs on every list; the Workflow view queries this supply. Expand a grower to manage its stock lists.

Presenter cue · Stage 1 · breadth
Benefit: A multi-grower sourcing base that compounds — the more growers and lists you hold, the better every future quote. This is the moat: data that builds up inside your operation.
Ask: When a job comes in, how many growers are you typically sourcing across to fill it?

My Clients & Projects

Manage who you're quoting for. Each project holds its own schedule. Pick the active client & project on the Workflow view (or hit Use below) — that's the one source of truth that flows into every run and RFQ.

What is Vedari

When a landscaper sends you a plant list, pricing it is slow, fiddly work. You read through it, work out what each line actually means, check who's got it, find the best price, and build the quote. Vedari does that legwork for you.

It reads the list, prices it against your growers, and drafts the RFQ emails — so a job that takes an afternoon takes a few minutes. You're still the one who checks it, makes the calls, and deals with your growers and your customer. Vedari just takes the grind out of the middle.

What it does for you

  • Saves you hours. A schedule that used to take an afternoon to price is done in minutes.
  • Lets you quote more. When each quote takes minutes instead of hours, you can take on more jobs without more staff — and stop turning work away because you're flat out.
  • Keeps your growers, clients and jobs in one place. Your supplier lists, your customers, and the projects you're quoting all live in the one spot — so when a schedule comes in, everything it needs is already there.
  • Catches fewer mistakes the hard way. It reads every line carefully and flags anything it's unsure of, so wrong sizes or misread names get caught before they reach the customer.
  • Gives you a quote you can trust. The prices come straight from your growers' lists, worked out exactly — not guessed. You can stand behind every number.

Where the AI helps — and where it doesn't

The AI does the reading and matching: it makes sense of messy lines, expands shorthand, and lines names and sizes up against your growers' lists. When it isn't sure, it stops and asks you — it never guesses.

The pricing itself isn't AI. The best-price-and-freight maths is worked out exactly, the same way you'd do it by hand but instantly. That's deliberate: the reading is where AI is genuinely useful, and the money is where you want plain, exact arithmetic. Knowing which is which is what makes it trustworthy.

How we'd build it with you

We'd build this in stages, and you'd decide at each step whether to keep going. The hardest part — teaching it to read plant lists reliably — comes first, so the biggest risk is dealt with early. After each stage you can say go, adjust, or stop; if you stop, you keep what's been built and proven. Nothing's locked in until you're happy it's working.

This is built with you, not sold to you. You bring the real lists and the know-how; we build the tool around how you actually work.

Where this could take you

Once it's running, the upside is yours to use. Quote faster than anyone else in your patch, take on the jobs you'd normally have to turn down, and turn quotes around the same day. Over time you build up a record of what things cost and who had what — your own pricing history, getting more useful every season.

About this demo

This is a working preview, built so you can see it in action rather than just read about it.

  • What it shows — how a plant list becomes priced lines and grower RFQs.
  • What's real here — the early steps run for real on this page; the later ones (landed cost, the final quote, substitutions) are marked “coming” so you can see where they'll fit. Nothing's faked. The growers and prices shown are made-up samples, not real data.
  • What it's for — to give you a feel for how it'd fit your day, and to decide together whether it's worth building.

Head to the Workflow view to try it — load a schedule and run it.
